OOTD,My weight loss and more!
hi Gals!! My outfit a few days ago. So HOOT in Manila! ANyways, dunno if you noticed by I lost 6 pounds in 5 weeks! Not much, but this time around, I eat helthy, exercise and did not drink any slimming pills or done any procedures ( RF/Messo therapy)
So I dont eat rice anymore, just wheat bread on occassion. I eat more fruits ( in salads/smoothies)
cut milk in my coffee instead, replaced it with skim milk for cereals only. More veggies and protein in the form of fish, tofu.
I feel stronger and healthier. THough my knees got hurt douring exercise, I guess I have to be more aware of what my body can and cant do.
RAMEN is my fave food these days so I reward myself once a week!! Till next time gals!!
