Just sharing some of the foods I made and ate with my family last week,
Balsamic Salmon with Portabello mushrooms and Mandarin Salad. One of my fave dish!
Slow cook beef stew with Portabello mushrooms and tofu.
Herbed meat sauce spaghetti for my family.
Squid and tofu dish with fresh fruit salad (grapes and grapefruit )
One of go to dish, fried tofu and Kimchi! yum!!
